Dr. Yuguo Zheng

Dr. Yuguo Zheng is an expert in the technological innovation of biological manufacturing engineering. Through his research he has developed a new system of biological organic synthesis technology and has successfully established over 30 innovative industrial production lines for pharmaceutical, pesticide, and nutritional chemical applications. Dr. Zheng been recognized with many awards such as the Ho Leung Ho Lee Science and Technology Progress Award and currently serves as the director of the Academic Committee of Zhejiang University of Technology, the Dean of the College of Biological Engineering, the director of the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Chiral Biomanufacturing, and chairman of several groups.
